Niranjan Bhutra is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 15 years of experience in field of accounting, taxation, finance and audit. He provides his guidance to our firm for operational and strategy planning for business development of our firm. He further adds additional governance in the firm to ensure we follow best and most ethical practice to serve our clients. Presently, he is also a director with various listed and non-listed companies providing his valuable insights to the management.
A very highly accomplished Chartered Accountant putting forth an experience of over 16 years in the area Finance and Operation. An ex-banker with a proven track record in handling high profile and large-ticket size cases of debt syndication in compliance to the statutory norms and Banking including MIS.

With his vast experience in banking and finance area, Manish Mittal comes as the senior most partner of our firm and adds value system to the entire firm with his expertise in management practice.
In personal time, Manish likes to play badminton and has keen interest in Indian politics and related topics.
Anshul is a partner at the firm with 10 years of experience in the Audit & Assurance practice and closing involved with startup advisory for the last 4 years. He is a fellow chartered accountant member of the ICAI. He is also a certified forensic auditor (FAFD) and a qualified information system auditor (DISA).
Anshul has been involved with a cross-section of Startups in diverse sectors to help them bring a systematic, disciplined approach to improve the effectiveness of risk management through his risk assurance practice over the years. He is also responsible for developing pitch decks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for startups in the retail, hospitality, travel, logistics, and FMCG industry. He is currently heading the team of startup & corporate advisory which includes areas such as:

Personally, Anshul plays lawn tennis as a part of his daily routine and enjoys his holidays trekking in the mountains.
Nilesh is a partner of the firm with 10 years of rich experience in Audit & Assurances. His extensive knowledge and experience in Indian Accounting Standards & Corporate Laws have been strong pillars for elevating the firm’s service capabilities. Nilesh has served various industries which includes chemical Industry, polymer and plastic industry, banking, real estate, battery manufacturing industry, IT services, advertising agencies etc.

He is a past convenor of Study circle at the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India, he was engaged into co-ordination and organizing seminars and workshops for the study circle.
Nilesh is an avid bike lover and likes to go on road trips on weekends. He also enjoys cooking occasionally.
Prakash is a partner of the firm with 10 years of experience in Taxation (Direct and Indirect Tax matters). He had brilliant academic record and was all India Rank holder in CA Final examination of the Chartered Accountants Course. Before venturing into practice, he worked as Officer in Indian Oil Corporation Limited and managed Lube Product Accounting and Taxation at reginal office. He has experience in Tax management & advisory and litigation & compliances. He is a strong believer of “Value Added Services”.
Prakash’s expertise lies across various industries which includes retail, fashion jewelry, real estate, construction, logistics, textile, oil and petroleum and tour operator.

Personally, Prakash is a regular cricket player and likes to spend his personal time in activities promoting animal protection.
Ankush is a partner of the firm with 12 years of experience exclusively in Direct Taxation. Till date he has successfully concluded more than 1000 cases related to income tax assessments, appeals and litigations for clients from various spaces and category. His area of core competence is Income Tax matters, assessment, appeals, search and survey etc. He appears before various appellate authorities. Due to his diverse and rich knowledge, he has proved to be an extremely dynamic leader. Ankush has been instrumental in taking the direct tax practice of the firm to new level and is leading the department currently. His areas of expertise include:

Personally, Ankush is avid cricket fan and a fantastic player and never misses watching Indian team playing on the field.
Akash Prajapati believes in under-promising and over-delivering. His flawless interpretation of the Income Tax Act makes him the backbone of the Firm’s Tax Advisory vertical and He has good experience in SEBI and Listing compliance services and in the field of Tax Audit and Search-Seizure matters. His strength lies in the fact that he truly believes nothing is impossible. One can count on him to deliver results even in situations where most people give up.
In his personal time, he likes to read books of Robert Kiyosaki and play volleyball in sports.
Sushmita Tripathi is a proficient law graduate from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi, class of 2022, and holds a B.Com degree from Sunbeam College for Women, Lanka, Varanasi, obtained in 2014. With a solid foundation in commerce and law, Sushmita specializes in indirect tax litigation, corporate law advisory, and internal control and systems auditing. Her expertise in these areas enables her to provide comprehensive legal and financial solutions. Sushmita is known for her analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical practices. She is dedicated to assisting clients navigate complex legal landscapes with precision and insight.
